Don't reinvent the wheel. I've heard this so much in teaching and education, and yet, resources--protocols, guided professional development, and PLC resources--are often difficult to find. Some resources are intensely school-specific, while others don't reach the heart of what we're trying to accomplish.  What if we could change that?
